Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Furvalo. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order placed on furvalo.com, and what to expect regarding refunds and next steps depending on the status of your order at the time of your request.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
1.1 Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order free of charge if your order has not yet been shipped. To maximize the chance of a successful cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We begin processing orders promptly after payment is confirmed. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we are able to stop the order before it enters the fulfillment and dispatch process.
Please note:
- Cancellation requests submitted after 12 hours may still be considered if the order has not yet been dispatched, but cannot be guaranteed.
- We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–5:30PM CT. Requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.
- We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already been handed to a carrier for dispatch.
1.2 How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@furvalo.com.
In your message, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your cancellation request, optional but helpful
We will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible. Please do not assume your order has been canceled unless you receive a confirmation from us.
1.3 Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing:
- Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
- Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
- Actual posting time may vary. If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please check with your payment provider before contacting us.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, the order can no longer be canceled through our standard cancellation process.
2.1 What to Do if Your Order Has Already Shipped
If you contact us after your order has been shipped and wish to cancel, please be aware of the following:
- We are unable to recall or intercept a package once it has been handed to a carrier.
- You will need to wait for the item to be delivered before taking further action.
- Once delivered, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions described in that policy.
- If a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2.2 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a package or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, please note:
- We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information.
- If a package is returned to us after a refused or failed delivery, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
- Any re-shipping costs or deductions for original shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
3. Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, changing a product variant, or adjusting the quantity, please contact us as soon as possible at info@furvalo.com.
Order modifications are subject to the same timing constraints as cancellations — they can only be accommodated before the order enters the fulfillment or dispatch stage. We cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible in all cases.
