1. General Refund Policy
We review refund requests fairly and aim to process eligible refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- An order is successfully canceled before shipment
- A return is approved and the returned item is received and inspected

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.
2. Order Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

2.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be guaranteed for cancellation.
If you still wish to cancel after shipment, please contact us and we will review the request. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
2.3 Refund Timing for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. In most cases, the refund should appear within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.

3. Return Refunds

If your return is approved and the returned item is received by us, we will inspect it before issuing a refund.

- The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes original packaging where applicable

- The return does not meet the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy
- The item is a non-returnable product as stated on the website
- The return is requested after the allowed return period
3.3 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to our error, we will review the case and may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
