This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged, including category-specific eligibility for the pet cleaning and home protection products we offer.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must generally be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from pet hair, stains, odor, dirt, and visible wear
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories where applicable
  • Approved by us before being sent back

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions in this policy.

2. Category-Specific Return Eligibility

2.1 Daily Cleaning Products

This category may include reusable cleaning tools, cleaning accessories, surface-care items, and similar home cleaning products intended for everyday pet-related mess.

Eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and has not been put into service
  • The product is still sealed or unopened, where packaging is meant to remain sealed
  • The item is returned clean and complete with all included parts

Not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item has been used for cleaning
  • The item shows signs of water exposure, detergent use, dirt, residue, or wear
  • Any hygiene-sensitive or consumable part has been opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging

2.2 Pet Hair Remover Products

This category includes lint rollers, hair remover brushes, reusable hair removal tools, and similar products.

Eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and has not been applied to clothing, upholstery, bedding, or other surfaces
  • The product is in original condition and free from collected hair, dust, or debris
  • Any protective film, seal, or packaging remains intact, if applicable

Not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item has been used and contains pet hair, lint, dust, or visible debris
  • The tool shows wear from rolling, brushing, scraping, or repeated handling
  • Replacement sheets, adhesive components, or refill parts have been opened or partially used

2.3 Litter Box Area Products

This category may include litter mats, litter area accessories, litter scoops, liners, and related products.

Eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and has not been placed in or around a litter box area
  • The item remains clean, odor-free, and free from litter residue
  • The product is returned in original condition with original packaging where applicable

Not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item has been used in contact with litter, pet waste, or litter dust
  • The product has odor, staining, residue, or other signs of use
  • The item is returned in unsanitary condition or cannot be safely restocked

2.4 Stain Protection and Surface Protection Products

This category includes products such as pet food mats, sofa protective covers, furniture protection items, and other household surface protection products.

Eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and uninstalled
  • The item has not been placed under pet bowls, on sofas, or on other household surfaces for regular use
  • The product is free from pet hair, stains, spills, odor, scratches, and folding damage beyond normal inspection

Not eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item has been washed, installed, fitted, or used in the home
  • The item has food, water, stain, fur, odor, or other evidence of household or pet use
  • The product has been altered, cut, resized, or damaged after delivery

3. Items That Are Generally Not Returnable

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Used items of any kind
  • Items that contain pet hair, odor, dirt, litter residue, stains, or visible wear
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products or opened sealed components
  • Products missing original parts, accessories, tags, or packaging
  • Clearance, final sale, promotional, or otherwise marked non-returnable items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, washing, modification, or normal wear and tear

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item and the problem

After review, we may offer an exchange, replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the case.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email info@furvalo.com and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos of the item if the request relates to damage, defects, or the item’s condition

Please do not send any item back without prior approval. If your request is approved, we will provide return or exchange instructions.

6. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item when restocked
  • An alternative item by mutual agreement
  • A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy

Approved exchange items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed in this policy.

7. Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges

Unless the return or exchange is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by us.

8. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection after they are received. We may refuse a return, refuse an exchange, or reduce the refund amount if the returned item:

  • Does not match the approved return request
  • Shows signs of use, contamination, washing, damage, or missing parts
  • Does not meet the category-specific conditions described in this policy
